Ever Wonder Why Jesus Came to Earth?
"I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full".

God loves you...
"For God so loved the world..." John 3:16

...And knows you...
"O LORD, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O LORD...For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb." Psalm 139:1-4, 13

...But we have been separated from Him by sin.
"But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear." Isaiah 59:2

"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

(Sin it is an archery term that means, "Missing the mark." It doesn't matter if the archer gets his arrow an inch from the bulls eye or a foot from the bulls eye, he has missed the mark. God's standard is perfection, so just like the archer, it doesn't matter if the sin is big (murder) or small (white lies), it is all missing His standard of perfection. God cannot have a relationship with sinful people.)

Jesus came to restore our relationship with God by taking our sins on Himself - dying for us, than rising from the dead to conquer death.
"He died on the cross so that we might be forgiven. For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God." 1 Peter 3:18

"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8

Jesus offers the perfect alternative to the brokenness of this world...
[Jesus said]: "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." John 10:10

...But we must accept His sacrifice, a free gift He offers to everyone.
"If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." Romans 10:9-10

"Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." John 1:12

[Jesus said]: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6

"Apart from God, hope is based only on feelings and dreams for the future. When those dreams are shattered, hope is crushed. But if your hope is based on God himself, you will have a hope that problems cannot crush."
(International Bible Society)
